Dr. Scheers is known for her patient-centered approach. In addition, she regularly participates in international medical missions, providing underprivileged populations with access to high-quality surgical care.
After completing an international fellowship at the renowned Rotterdam Eye Hospital, she now applies her expertise to the care of patients in West Flanders.
She specializes in cataract surgery and oculoplastic surgery. Within this field, she treats both functional and malignant conditions, as well as performing procedures with aesthetic indications.
She also has experience in the treatment of retinal disorders and provides general ophthalmological consultations and follow-up care.
