Your role
As an ophthalmology nurse, you play an important role in guiding and caring for patients before, during and after ophthalmic examinations and treatments. You will work closely with ophthalmologists and colleagues to provide high-quality and safe patient care.
Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, informing and guiding patients.
• Performing nursing procedures within the field of ophthalmology.
• Assisting and instrumenting during examinations and ophthalmic procedures.
• Carrying out sterilisation tasks.
• Preparing and following up consultations and treatments.
• Accurately recording patient information and care activities.
• Contributing to smooth collaboration within the multidisciplinary team.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or graduate qualification in Nursing.
• Experience or an interest in ophthalmology is an advantage, but motivated candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
• You work accurately, independently and with a strong patient focus.
• You are communicative, flexible and a true team player.
